Yay! I was able to get up and complete my exercises this morning, maybe not at full energy level, but I made it! And I was diarrhea-free this morning so far. My tummy is not really rumbling yet after breakfast either. Let's hope....
So far, so good. I've had rumbles and some mild diarrhea, but minor. Hopefully I'm on the mend.
My butt is peeling. Kind of puts a different spin on Brand New Butt.
Made homemade pork chops w/dressing today - old time comfort food for a tummy that has now agreed to eat.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 129 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, Country Hearth English muffin, 1 tbl guava jam, med banana, 4 oz Activia prune yogurt
1:45 pm 1/4 c cheese curds
7:00 pm 5 oz pork chop, 2/3 c stuffing, 3/4 c carrots, 12 oz skim milk
