Well, I took my last dose of Cipro this morning and it doesn't appear to have done anything. I'm not having frequent bouts, but I still feel rumbles whenever I eat and I still have some issues, especially at bedtime or in the mornings. I'm beginning to wonder if it's some kind of intestinal parasite. I didn't eat any unwashed fruit but I did get saltwater in my mouth when snorkeling, though I'm pretty sure I didn't swallow any. I'll have to give Paul Munck a call tomorrow if there's no further improvement. The most frustrating thing is that I didn't feel it was a good idea to get up to exercise with a rumbling tummy and I really wanted to!
Our choir director frustrates me. He is very poor at clearly directing his rhythm, then yells at the choir for not following him. On the sustained notes when it is easiest to check in for the beat, he likes to just hold both hands still to draw out the beat. He also changes tempos frequently but doesn't clearly demarcate. Aaaagh!
Any ideas yet what you'd like for your birthday? Grandma also needs ideas.

8:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 145 g strawberries
11:45 am 2 eggs, 1 pc bacon, 2 pancakes, 1 tbl whipped butter, 1 tbl syrup, coffee
7:00 pm Filet O'Fish, 6 baby carrots, 12 oz Gatorade Perform (for electrolytes lost), 4 oz Activia prune yogurt
