Tried a couple of new routines from the newest videos today: Cardio Kick and Cardio BootCamp. Not as many steps as the dance ones, but exhausting. Jumping jacks, pushups, weights, etc.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, 3 Savoritz stoneground crackers, 2 tbl sweet tomato goat cheese spread, pear
1:25 pm Dark chocolate sea salt caramel
4:00 pm 1 Hershey almond kiss
6:30 pm Chicken casserole, 56 g seaweed salad, 12 oz skim milk
7:15 pm 2 Lebkuchen cookies
