I seem to have more energy today which is pleasant. And my Fitbit worked for sleep recording last night. I feel like I've had pretty restless sleep for the last 2-3 nights, so I'm hoping for better tonight. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 104 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, brioche roll, 57 g turkey, 53 g strawberries 12:40 pm 2 Moravian chocolate cookies 2:30 pm 2 Reese's peanut butter eggs 4:45 pm 1 white chocolate peppermint M&M, chocolate calcium chew 6:15 pm 3.75 oz roast beef, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 3 tbl gravy, 1/2 c sliced carrots, 12 oz skim milk, Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup Exercise: 4:45-5:40 am Cardio Dance DVD
