Sore and exhausted from morning cardio dance workout. Lacked in energy when I started, and even moreso towards the end. But hey, I did it! Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, hot cross bun, 144 g strawberries 1:45 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel 4:15 pm 9.4 g dark chocolate 6:15 pm Enchiladas, 56 g seaweed salad, 12 oz skim milk, 1 TJs dark chocolate ginger biscuit Exercise: 4:40-5:11 am Cardio Salsa DVD 5:15-5:50 am Reggae Dance DVD
