Here we go Hump Day - again. My quads have been sore the last few days which doesn't make my mood marvelous. And I'm not looking forward to celebrating the first day of spring by breaking out my parka and balaclava. I'm already wearing the CuddlDuds and wool sweater. I want warm! Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, brioche roll, 55 g turkey breast, 153 g strawberries 1:45 pm Slice porter cake 5:00 pm Chicken pasta casserole, 1/2 c pureed winter squash, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD
