Added some new exercise DVDs to my collection and they arrived over the last couple of days. Tried Dancer's Body Workout with Patricia Moreno today and liked it. She teaches an entire routine over the course of an hour and practices in sections until you do the whole thing several times at the end. It's like being back in dance classes and it's fun.
I'm already in mourning for Newman's last masses next week Sunday. I'm very grateful that Newman was there for us to raise our children as I think it helped to give a base of what the Catholic church can be at its best. I hope that foundation remains with my children even though they currently don't think much of Catholicism. Newman was the best we could give them.
Food:
8:25 am Chocolate chip danish, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:20 pm Cinnamon oat scone, 100 g raspberries
2:00 pm 2 Peeps bunnies
3:00 pm Ice cream
