Today we go to a group meeting re: retirement planning, specific to choosing our disbursement plan and perhaps clarifying best date. My packet is set for Wed 9 Sept at this point, and rather than the previous trepidation, I find I'm getting rather excited. I feel much more ready now. Learned that I can go online and plug alternate dates into the ETF retirement calculator to find out how my benefit would vary by slight alterations. Will probably need to meet with County Human Resources to figure out how the health insurance will work.
