6:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries
9:30 pm 1 Fun Size 3 Musketeers
12:30 pm 2 slices cinnamon raisin struan toast w/butter, 6 oz Light & Fit blueberry yogurt, 100 g raspberries

4:55-5:35 am DWTS DVD
5:35-5:45 am Walking exercise
