Nice to have Michael and Taylor for dinner last night. Feels more like true autumn when you start having big family dinners with ham and cheesy potatoes. Actually those are more associated with Easter, but it's the bigger dinner aspect that feels autumnal.
Food:
7:40 am 1 c Shreddies, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Slice 12 grain bread, 65 g braunschweiger, 68 g raspberries
Exercise:
9:00-9:20 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
