A much happier morning in Packerland after the long frustration of most of the game and that sweet, sweet ending. Made it through Body Pump, though it was hard work. I backed down to the weights I had been using before my last recent increase, and made it through all reps. Food: 7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 106 g raspberries, coffee 12:05 pm Slice Omega 3 toast w/butter, SweeTango apple w/cinnamon sugar, 3 large oysters 3:05 pm 1/2 c Schwan's Peppermint ice cream w/homemade hot fudge sauce Exercise: 9:00-9:20 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
