We now have "enough" snow on the ground for it to truly look like winter. Might even be enough to cross-country ski or snowshoe. No time to try it out until at least Fri afternoon or Sat though, with the New Year's holiday coming and going to De Pere tomorrow and with gym/Bootstrap and possible Tom N Jerry's with the Hartmans tonight.
Tonight's supper was one that many around here wouldn't eat, but I thought it was delicious. Beef liver w/caramelized onions (w/cloves and balsamic vinegar), boiled turnip greens and leftover mashed potatoes. Good eating!
Food:
7:40 am 3 butterhorns, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:10 am 2 slices Omega 3 toast, 2 tbl PB, 2 clementines
5:45 pm 5.5 oz beef liver w/caramelized onions, 1/2 c boiled turnip greens, 1/3 c leftover mashed potatoes

9:00-9:25 am Treadmill intervals
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
