Nice cool day, good night's sleep. Hiked all the way to the top at Rib last night, but didn't bother with the tower. Not quite as tired yesterday as the day before, but still not at full energy. Food: 7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:10 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry preserves Exercise: 9:05-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
