Another week - here we go. I have no recollection of what's on my schedule today so it will be a surprise. I don't remember thinking this was going to be a bad week, so hopefully I'll have time to get organized. I need to be more careful with my calories this week - last week I was over the limit several times.
For some reason, I was reallly hungry this afternoon. Had to have an earlier-than-usual supper. Will exercise later...
Food:
7:00 am 1 c All-Bran Strawberry Medley cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 2 fresh apricots, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 41 g banana bread, 176 g strawberries
1:30 pm 2 Wintergreen LifeSavers
3:00 pm Handi-Snacks Sugar Free Creamy Caramel pudding cup
3:30 pm Dove egg
4:45 pm 1 fresh apricot
5:45 pm 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 c Prego, 3 oz hamburger, 1/4 c chopped onion, 1/4 c chopped green pepper, 1/8 c chopped mushrooms, 1 tbl Italian cheese blend, 12 oz light original soy milk

3:35-3:55 pm Walk
