Oh, I slept so well last night I just didn't want to stop! It was so hard to get out of bed and get going this morning! But I did it...

I always forget how quickly fruit spoils when it's humid. The strawberries we bought Sunday evening are barely salvageable on Tuesday morning.

Food:

7:00 am 1 c All-Bran Strawberry medley, 4 oz light original soy milk, 152 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 34 g banana bread, 1/4 cantaloupe
2:00 pm Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper
4:00 pm Handi-Snacks Sugar Free Creamy Caramel pudding cup (These are soooo good and only 45 calories!)
6:45 pm 2 oz whole wheat fettucine, 1/2 c Prego, 3 oz ground beef, 1/4 c green peppers, 1/4 c onions, 1/8 c mushrooms, 1 tbl mozzarella cheese, 12 oz light original soy milk
8:30 pm 9 g M&M Premiums Mint Chocolate
8:45 pm Rhubarb pecan muffin
