Tues 22 Jul

Finally got around to making homemade yogurt again Sunday. Dad cleaned out the fridge so there was room to put it. Nice to have it back for breakfast.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Heritage granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1/4 cantaloupe, coffee
1:00 pm Medium banana, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, peach soy shake, 20 g HoneyMaid Bees
3:00 pm Handi-Snacks Creamy Caramel pudding cup, 2 LifeSavers, 1 Dove egg
5:45 pm 2 potato pancakes, 2 tsp soft margarine, 1 tbl light sour cream, Summer Strawberry applesauce cup, 7 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm 2 pc string cheese

Exercise:

10:30-10:50 am Walk
12:45-1:00 pm Walk home for lunch
1:30-1:50 pm Walk back to work
