Hard to believe it's the last work day of the week. Having been at conference for two days, and Monday having been disrupted by a crisis, I don't feel like I've really been at the office all week. And I get a short day today due to some extra time put in on Mon and Tues. Oh well, I guess I'll deal with it.
Pretty cool seeing Garrett's picture and name on the Yahoo news for his American swimming record time!

11:45 am Revival mocha milk protein shake, 153 g strawberries
4:30 pm 12 oz diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper
7:00 pm 3 oz hamburger, wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 1/2 c cole slaw, 1/2 c potato salad, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:50 pm Small Belt's strawberry sundae
Exercise:
5:45-6:35 pm Pilates mat
7:40-8:00 pm Walk to Belt's and back
8:15-8:45 pm Walk to Rich's and back
