Closing in on the end of February and still waking up to single digits. Not fair!
My thumb is sore today from too much fishing on Animal Crossing. I came home early at the end of the day after my annual eye checkup because it doesn't pay to try to do work at the office with dilated eyes. I could, however, focus on the TV for Animal Crossing. Tonight we have First Nighters - play is called Little Foxes. Tomorrow Michael has Solo/Ensemble - first performance at 8 am in Rosholt! Wish him luck.
There was an article on SparkPeople this morning about a study that found that people who successfully lose weight and keep it off are likely to be people who regularly track their food intake. I have really found this to be helpful for me, and I have you to thank for getting me started on it. It really makes you stay mindful of what you put in your mouth. As they pointed out, it also means you can continue to eat the foods you enjoy as long as you eat in moderate quantities and don't get carried away.
