Just learned that Greg Chelcun passed away this morning. He did get to go to the Inauguration, so at least he realized a dream before he left us.

7:15 am 1 c All-Bran Strawberry Medley, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate
12:00 pm 2 crepes, 1.5 c blueberries in light glaze, coffee
4:30 pm Brownie
5:00 pm Bowl cheddar chowder, Grands reduced-fat biscuit, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1 tbl raspberry jam, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm Jello Sugar-Free dark chocolate raspberry pudding cup
