I had a bit of a lie-in this morning, not getting up til after 8:30. Haven't done that for awhile and it felt awesome. Still not sure how I plan to structure my free day (other than the ubiquitous laundry and practicing a couple of less familiar songs to cantor tomorrow morning).
Food:
9:15 am 1 c Cheerios, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit
11:15 am Maple Bran muffin
12:30 pm Fun-size Milky Way
1:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbl nutella, medium banana
3:00 pm Jello Sugar-Free chocolate mint pudding cup
6:15 pm 1 c chili, 1 tbl lowfat sour cream, 1/8 c shredded cheddar, 1 Grands Reduced-fat biscuit, 1 tbl margarine, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, brownie
