Stayed up late last night and finished We Belong. Can't thank you enough for turning me on to those books - they provided hours and hours of real enjoyment. I suspect I will go back and reread them in the future.
Means I chose today to sleep in the extra hour, so now I need to get up to exercise every remaining weekday. Thought it was better than trying to go this morning on about 5 hrs sleep.
Food:
7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 124 g pineapple, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm 4 oz mahi mahi, 1 c cooked baby carrots, 1/2 honey oat bagel
2:00 pm 1 Hershey's dark chocolate almond nugget
3:45 pm Handi-snack creamy caramel sugar-free pudding cup, 2 wintergreen lifesavers
7:00 pm 4 oz turkey smoked sausage, 1/2 c garlic and olive oil vermicelli, 1/2 c canned corn, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:20 pm 100 cal peppermint ice cream cup, last tbl homemade hot fudge

7:40-8:15 pm Cardio hula DVD
