I don't feel sick today, which is the best I hoped for. Once I got busier mid-day yesterday, I started to forget about aches. I got pretty tired in the evening, but after a good night's sleep, I'm okay again today. Hopefully it was just fatigue and soreness from exercises I hadn't done for awhile.
I bought stuff to make lasagna this weekend. Maybe even motivate to invite Kurt and Barb or Hartmans. Haven't had anyone over for dinner for quite awhile.

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 161 g fresh pineapple, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm 1 tamale, 1/2 c refried beans w/cheese, chips/salsa
3:00 pm 1 Dove heart, 1 wintergreen Lifesaver
7:00 pm 6 pc nagiri sushi, 1 pc Alaska roll, miso soup, iceberg lettuce w/ginger citrus dressing
