Here we go on another week - mid-winter blahs here we come! Hard to get really motivated on anything this time of year. Oh, well...

Pedometer woes again; it seems to be resetting itself to zero periodically so I have to keep an eye on it to keep track in my head. And this one records mega-steps when I'm in the car, so I have to take it off when I get in or I completely screw up the count.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 145 g fresh pineapple, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice 12-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, med banana
3:00 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix, 2 wintergreen LifeSavers
6:15 pm 2 slices 45-cal multigrain bread, 74 g ham, 1 c baby arugula, 71 g roma tomato, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:30 pm Choxie truffle tile
8:45 pm Molasses cookie
