Wed 4 Feb

This morning I feel tired and achy. It was harder than usual to get out of bed to exercise, though I did it. Don't really feel ill, but don't feel good either. Then I talked to a woman at work this morning who said there's a virus going around the building where you have body aches, tired, chills, and an occasional headache (just how I felt this morning) but it gets worse and knocks you out from 3 days to a week. Wonderful.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 133 g fresh pineapple, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbl nutella, 125 g red grapes
3:00 pm 1/4 c Cashew Cranberry Almond trail mix, 2 wintergreen Lifesavers
5:30 pm 1 malted milk ball
6:15 pm 1 serving cheddar chowder, 1 maple bran muffin, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1 malted milk ball
