Oh no! I have to cope with change again. My website for tracking daily steps now switched to tracking overall exercise, rated as moderate or vigorous and strength training. You now set weekly goals in those categories. Going to take some getting used to not to be tracking in just steps and their equivalents.
Arrived in Door Co in mid-afternoon. Stopped in Green Bay for lunch at Red Lobster first. Weather is gorgeous. Dad and I took a nice hour-long walk.
Food:
8:15 am 1 c Raisin Bran Extra, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, cherry juice from concentrate
12:30 pm. Red Lobster stuffed flounder lunch, small baked potato, 1 tbl butter, 1 tbl sour cream, .8 Caesar salad, cheese biscuit
3:00 pm. 4 small cookies, 2 large strawberries
7:00 pm. 1 tamale, chips/salsa, 1/3 c beans a/cheese
8:30 pm 1 large strawberry, 4 oz Bailey's on the rocks

5:30-6:30 pm. Walk
