The week moves along - soon it will be spring break. I think we'll make it. Hope all is going well preparing for interviews. Do you ever hear anything back from any you've completed?

Try finding a tennis ball and laying on the floor with it under your offending sore shoulder blade. Move around a little to use the ball to massage the spot. Low-tech self-massage.

I've been in a cooking mood lately. Sunday night was roasted veggie pizza, last night was turkey cheddar eggs w/peppers and onions, tonight casserole w/chicken, whole wheat pasta, red pepper, eggplant, onion, and mozzarella cheese. It's fun to cook when you're in the mood.

Food:

7:00 am 1 c Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Spooners, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12;00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 23 g multigrain toast, 1/2 tbl nutella, 91 g honey crisp apple
2:00 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix, 1 Dove Promise
6:15 pm 1 c chicken casserole w/whole wheat pasta, red pepper, eggplant, onion and mozzarella cheese, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
9:00 pm Prune ponczka
