Back to getting up early to exercise, though Sundays it's not til 6:45 which really isn't all that early. Tomorrow it's back to 4:45. Yesterday I waited for the new DVDs to arrive so I didn't hit the exercise til 11:00. Dad and I took a nice late afternoon walk to supplement.
Not going to get the promised night off from choir practice after all. The director is off with his family on their spring break, but Vicki is going to direct and Chris will accompany so we don't miss another week. Two weeks ago we had the Sunday snowstorm, and I expect we weren't the only ones gone for our spring break last week.
Food:
8:00 am Cinnamon scone, cherry juice from concentrate, 1/4 large cantaloupe, tea
12:00 pm 4 oz roast beef, 1/2 c whipped potatoes, 1 tbl beef gravy, 1/2 c mixed vegetables, 8 oz skim milk, coffee
1:45 pm Brownie
5:15 pm 1/2 slice Irish soda bread, margarine, hot cross bun, vanilla soy shake
7:30 pm 100 cal Pop Secret Kettle Corn
