Wed 4 Mar

It was really hard to get up this morning and exercise. Would probably have been just as hard to get up an hour later for work even if I skipped exercise today instead of tomorrow. I'm somewhat achy and slightly chilled and really hoping I'm not getting what Michael had. I don't have a sore throat and it's not really bad, so hopefully my body is healthy enough to fight it off. I don't wanna be sick! Maybe it's just the aftermath of having a Point beer last night.

Feeling better by noon, so hopefully the tiredness/achiness was a passing thing. Good riddance!


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Spooners, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
9:45 am Half slice apple walnut bread w/caramel frosing (from Heather)
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 22 g multigrain bread, 1 tbl nutella, small banana
3:00 pm Half slice apple walnut bread w/caramel frosting, 2 wintergreen lifesavers
5:00 pm 1 c caramel corn
7:00 pm Enchiladas, mango peach applesauce, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk



Exercise:

5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
