It was a long, sedentary morning, but I finally caught up on all the old newspapers I have been stockpiling while falling behind on local news. Hopefully now I'll read them as they come in. Got to get busy with shower, laundry, and cleaning at Grandma's.
Worked hard, very tired.

7:30 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 lg cantaloupe, coffee
11:30 am Strawberry/vanilla soy shake, slice whole wheat bread, 60 g ham, red pear, 2 Halloween Oreos
1:30 pm Aldi's 90 cal Cinna-Crisps
3:00 pm Large banana
7:30 pm 12 oz mango margarita, chips and salsa, 2 cheese enchiladas, 1/4 c shrimp, 1/4 c shredded lettuce
