Thurs 1 Oct

I was pretty freaked yesterday when I found out I'd been hanging out with someone who was then diagnosed with swine flu; I was probably with her when she was at the height of contagion. I feel better after our hike last night was better than expected. My legs were tired as they had been most of the week, but it felt like post-exercise tired more than not-feeling-well tired. I feel better this morning than I did yesterday also. I will not get sick!

Wow, late getting to lunch and feeling that low-blood-sugar wooziness!


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 174 g strawberries, coffee
12:15 pm 1 oz Sun Chips
1:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1 slice Hawaiian bread, 2.15 oz roast beef, 74 g cherry tomatoes, 1/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Spooners
4:45 pm 6 oz hot apple cider
6:00 pm 3.6 oz ham, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 c homemade applesauce, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
