7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
10:30 am Half-sized low fat pumpkin bar
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 1 slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber bread, 1.25 oz provolone, 46 g oven-roasted chicken breast, small banana
2:45 pm Leaf-shaped chocolate-bottom cookie
9:00 pm Arby's regular roast beef, 10 oz light vanilla soy milk
9:45 pm 1/2 c cranberry waldorf salad
