Can it be summer now? Snow and cold weather gets a little old by January. Now that the Packers are done, the cold could go, too.
Tried two of the four video set of Lotte Berk method. They are good muscle toning workouts. One has a set similar to the killer plies in Brutal Ballet. I suspect my legs will feel it tomorrow.

Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
1:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain bread, 1 tbl Skippy peanut butter
2:45 pm Small honey crisp apple, 25 g molasses cookie, 1 LifeSaver, 1 lightly salted rice cake, 1 Special Dark miniature
5:30 pm 1 peanut cluster
6:30 pm Uncle Will's meatballs, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 2 tbl thin gravy, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz light original soy milk
