Another January week ahead; nothing much to anticipate except John Knowlton's after-Christmas party on Saturday. I need little goals to look forward to, no matter how small, to keep the day-to-day in perspective.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, thick slice cinnamon raisin bread, 1 tsp soft margarine, 100 g blueberries
2:30 pm 3 iced gingebread cookies, 1 lifesaver
5:45 pm 99 g pulled pork, Healthy LIfe High Fiber Light wheat sandwich bun, 1/2 c pork fried rice, 113 g mango, 1/4 large sliced red pepper, 12 oz light original soy milk
7:30 pm Jello sugar free rice pudding cup
