Did the original Jane Fonda workout again today - want to get to the point where I know the moves well enough to do them full out. I still can't keep up the pace of her leg workout; I don't get as many reps as she does in the allotted time. I also modify her bouncier stretches and jerky sit-ups to crunches that won't injure my back. I think I will like it if I survive it!
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:15 am Vanilla soy shake, slice L'Oven Fresh 12 grain bread, 1 tbl Skippy PB, 91 g blueberries
3:15 pm Leaf-shaped chocolate-bottom cookie, 1 pc English toffee
3:45 pm Lightly salted rice cake
