Here we go into the long stretch with no holidays ahead to break the monotony of work days. Too bad the worst weather of the year comes during the long stretch, making it seem that much longer, but I suppose it's nicer to have more holidays and time off when the weather is nice enough to enjoy it. Sigh.
At least I have several new workout tapes and DVDs en route to liven up that portion of the day.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 45 cal Delightful wheat bread toast, 1 tbl nutella, slice pecan Kringle, clementine
2:30 pm 24 g sugar cookie, 14 g molasses cookie
3:30 pm Hunt's Snack Pack sugar free vanilla pudding cup
5:45 pm 1 c pork sausage casserole, 1 c green beans, 12 oz light original soy milk
