My new workout this morning had a step aerobics component that I had to work to learn. This was considerably more difficult because my step had a cat lying just to the left and behind where I needed to occasionally step. Guess I should look for a new step without the cat.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, 1 c Trader Joe's butternut apple soup, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tsp soft margarine
3:00 pm 3 pc iced gingerbread cookies
6:30 pm Chicken thigh, 1/2 c black beans and rice, 3/4 c broccoli, 12 oz light original soy milk, 3 pc English toffee
7:30 pm Jello sugar free chocolate raspberry pudding cup
