Tues 12 Jan

Did a new Abs of Steel video this morning. I always hate the first time I go through a new aerobics routine as it's hard to give full energy when you're still trying to learn the steps. Some of them are easier to pick up than others, often based on the instructor's expertise in teaching, but today I felt stumbly. Lots of varieties of crunches though in the floor work.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, slice raspberry coffee cake, coffee
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice Finnish coffee bread, 1 tsp margarine, Brown Cow 0% vanilla greek yogurt
3:30 pm 18 g sugar cookies, 29 g molasses cookies
5:15 pm Leftover Uncle Will's meatballs, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/2 c diced beets, 12 oz light original soy milk, 37 g peppermint bark
