The new Sexy Legs video is a little shorter than usual but uses ballet moves as choreographed movement for exercise. Nice because it differs from the other ballet toning video in that it's not just series of tendu or plie or whatever, but combinations to keep the brain focused. The technique is really a blend of ballet and more of a fitness take, but I was tired this morning so I feel well worked out.

Sure would be nice to have a day to just sit around and read a book. I guess that's what Saturday is for.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:15 am Large orange, oatmeal raisin cookie (during teleconference)
12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tbl Skippy peanut butter
2:30 pm Leaf-shaped chocolate-bottom cookie, 2 life savers
6:30 pm 3.25 oz pork roast, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 4 spears roasted asparagus, 12 oz light original soy milk
8:15 pm Sugar-free dark chocolate raspberry Jello pudding cup
