Wussed out halfway through the kickboxing DVD and went straight to stretching. Body just feeling tired this morning, and hopefully I'm planning to go to the gym tonight so I'll get more cardio then. Even half an hour of that kickboxing DVD is pretty intense exercise.
Have tons o' fun in Appleton this weekend at con. I knew there was something you said you had planned, just couldn't remember what. We will yell extra loud for you.
I have managed to wear red to work every day this week, and in so doing, have resurrected clothes that have not seen the outside of closet or drawer for years. Tomorrow is a red corduroy blazer I almost forgot I owned with jeans.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blueberries, coffee
12:45 pm Subway black forest ham, provolone, egg white English muffin sandwich w/tomato slice & spinach
5:00 pm 34 g milk chocolate
5:45 pm Chicken roasted veggie casserole, Musselman's Raspberry Acai applesauce, 12 oz skim milk
7:15 pm Yoplait Delights chocolate raspberry parfait
Exercise:
5:05-5:40 pm Kickboxing DVD (first half) and cool down stretch
