Happy Groundhog Day! Your groundhog is probably panicking while trying to dig out of his burrow. Ours will have no new challenges as we got none of the snow, graciously allowing you to have our share as well. Hope you get a chance to use your snow day from classes to try out your skis.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's mulitgrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1 slice Nutty Oat bread, 1 egg, 2 oz skim milk, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1 pkt Stevia, cinnamon, small banana
1:15 pm Cinnabon candy cane
3:30 pm 100 cal pack animal crackers
6:30 pm 3/8 Bellatoria Ultra Thin Crust Roasted Vegetable pizza, 12 oz skim milk, 17 g sugar cookie

5:00-5:55 am Kathy Smith Weights 1 upper, lower, abs
4:45-5:15 pm Techno Trak machine
5:15-5:45 pm Elliptical
