Wed 16 Feb

Tummy feels a little weird this morning, possibly from my odd eating schedule yesterday. I plan to get back on track today. Tomorrow is Lion's Camp so I'll have no control over the menu for lunch and dinner. That's supposed to be the warmest day this week so hopefully we can get people outside.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 133 g strawberries, coffee
9:00 am 1 Bogdon's reception stick
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice Breadsmith toast, 1 tbl Simply Jif pb, 133 g mango, cake pop (1" ball of chocolate cake coated in milk chocolate on a stick)
3:00 pm Mediterranean matzos
7:00 pm 1 c Fit N Active wheat spaghetti, 4 oz extra lean ground beef, 1/8 c onions, 1/3 c red peppers, 1/3 c Isola marinara sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 12 oz skim milk, slice Costco red velvet cake
