Happy April Fool's Day! Hope you aren't too plagued by pranksters today. Mother Nature sending more snow is prank enough.

Actually somewhat looking forward to the second day of the training today. The presenter is interesting, keeps to her timetable, and the small group participation isn't as annoying as usual. Dad and I may rent Black Swan tonight with cheese fries for supper.

Conference was a little less satisfying today; some of the group exercises were way too long. Probably we were just anxious to be done for the week. Food at this conference was good and made a general effort to be healthier than usual.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 128 g strawberries, coffee
9:00 am Pear, Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip granola bar
12:00 pm 3 oz breaded fish filet, 1/2 c rice pilaf, 1/2 c mixed vegetables, 1/2 dinner roll, 1 tsp butter, iced tea, 2 Andes mints
2:30 pm Chocolate chocolate chip cookie, chocolate bar cookie, 8 oz diet Coke (shouldn't have eaten both sweets but I was really getting restless)
6:15 pm Sunomono salad (octopus, crab meat, shrimp, red clam in sunomono vinegar sauce), 4 pc manhattan roll, 3 pc florida roll, tea
8:00 pm 2 Ritz crackers w/crab cream cheese spread, Roundy's sugar free pudding cup
