Last night I ate way more food than I normally would for supper by going to the buffet, but my body felt like I needed more than usual. I was really unusually hungry and the protein fix of a couple small tilapia pieces, coconut shrimp and a small piece of sirloin really felt good. Now I'm ready to eat normally again for a while.
So, would you be available if Dad and I decide to come to Madison this Saturday?

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 124 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, small wild blueberry turnover, large orange
2:30 pm 1 Choceur After Dinner Thin Mint
3:30 pm 2 c popcorn
6:30 pm Bowl chicken soup w/dumplings, large slice cranberry oat bread, 12 oz skim milk
6:45 pm 1/2 c Schwans LiveSmart Chocolate Brownie frozen yogurt

Should be - not for an entire day, but it'd be nice to get a Costco run in and spend some time working on not-homework or not-research :P
