Hope to spend a little more time this evening printing out directions (now that I have a definite starting point) and hopefully assembling things into a tentative agenda. If I can get the agenda typed up, I'll send it to you for review and suggestions.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 171 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 1/2 large blueberry muffin, large peach, large plum
5:00 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:30 pm Door Co cherry-infused chicken brat, slice Country Hearth 100% whole wheat bread. 1 tbl ketchup, salad (lettuce, basil, 1/8 c chopped tomato, 1/4 c chopped cucumber, 12 oz skim milk, slice cherry crisp, 1/4 c vanilla ice cream
