It was harder than usual to get up this morning, but somehow those days I feel more virtuous when I do it. I added a segment of the SparkPeople video for some cardio before the weights video for a more complete workout. Gotta reverse this weight gain trend!


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 99 g blueberries, coffee
11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, ponczka, 6 oz raspberries
3:00 pm 1 Dove Promise
4:45 pm 1 pkg ThinAddictives cranberry almond thins
8:15 pm 3 oz turkey leg, 1 c watermelon chunks, 12 oz skim milk, cherry crisp

5:00-5:20 am SparkPeople cardio kickboxing DVD w/warmup and cooldown
5:20-6:00 am Jane Fonda Workout with Weights class 2 video
5:30-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
