Tues 2 Aug

Really enjoyed relaxing last night. Amazing how much easier it is to sleep with the A/C fixed so your pajamas don't stick to you. Jordan seemed much happier, too. Let's hope this repair lasts longer than the last two times they came.

Last Pilates class of this session with Joan, but she plans to start another session in September. Really like how she focuses on body awareness.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 141 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, slice TJ's Multigrain Fiber toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, med banana
2:00 pm 16 oz iced tea w/saccharin
5:00 pm 2 c kettle corn
7:15 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 2 c watermelon chunks
