Tues 26 Sept

Having breakfast at Blue Top this morning with my client, so just fruit and coffee at home. Then lunch at Hilltop for Brad's 50th birthday. Hard to get back into controlled eating, though it's easier in those venues than exciting places on vacation. Good to do the Jane Fonda Workout again this morning, though my body is feeling a bit pounded from the speedy return to regular exercise. Barb led a very fast pace on the hike last night so we wouldn't get caught in the dark on the way down and I had to struggle a bit to keep up. Food: 6:45 am 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee 8:30 pm 1 over-fried egg, 1 c oatmeal, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbl raisins, 1/4 c milk, 2 pc homemade whole wheat toast, 1 container orange marmalade, coffee 12:45 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1/4 c sauteed mushrooms, 1 slice swiss cheese, bun, 1 c fruit salad, 2 bites raspberries 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am Jane Fonda Original Workout video
