Haven't made it over to PCH yet this week to see Grandma or to check in with the staff. Monday I just couldn't get motivated and yesterday was way too busy. Hopefully today. I feel good about continuing to get back in the exercise groove, but my body is slowly protesting a bit. It will be fine as soon as the muscles remember that they need to work to be effective. Made it over to drop in on Grandma briefly; she is looking fine but frustrated with being moved around by Hoyer lift. Reminded her that she needs to heal up and be able to bear weight and this will change. Michael brought a couple of friends who may move in with him for awhile for dinner tonight. They seemed very pleasant and personable. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g raspberries, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, morning bun, pear 3:00 pm 15 flying saucers 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 7:30 pm 4 oz roast beef, 1/2 c potatoes, small salad, 1 tsp vidalia onion tomato dressing, 2 slices grilled pineapple soaked in rum, 12 oz skim milk, 1/6 apple crisp, 1/4 c vanilla ice cream Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Burn It Up DVD
