Was encouraged that I had more energy for my exercise this morning, and in retrospect, I realize my knee didn't hurt. Perhaps I'm on the mend at last. I did need one of the cough pearls last night as the hacking was worse, but it worked very well.
We went to Silver Coach with Michael and Grandma for my birthday celebration dinner tonight. We had the patio to ourselves for 90% of the time and had a lovely meal.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 80 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice cinnamon bread, 1 tsp soft margarine, Vitamix smoothie w/12 grapes, 106 g strawberries, med banana, 1/4 c Fage
1:30 pm Chocolate frosted cupcake
4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew
6:15 pm 5 oz Relax riesling, 1 slice bruschetta w/tomato, small Caesar salad, 1 c tortellini w/peas, ham, cream sauce, 1/3 pc chocolate truffle cheesecake
