First of two choir concerts tonight. Good night to not have to worry about getting much for supper as we have the Christmas lunch at work today and I'm going for breakfast with my client this morning. I should have enough time for a bowl of Shreddies which is all I'd be likely to want. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g raspberries, .7 oz shortbread cookie, coffee 8:15 am Large bowl oatmeal, 2 tbl raisins, 2 tbl brown sugar, 2 oz 2% milk, coffee 11:45 am Broasted chicken breast, drumstick, 1/3 c mashed potatoes w/gravy, 1/3 c coleslaw, 1/3 c broccoli salad, 1/2 c green beans, 6 oz punch, 1" square 7-layer bar, 1" square chocolate peanut bar 1:30 pm 2 wintergreen LifeSavers 4:30 pm 1 c Shreddies, 1/2 c light original soy milk Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD
